TERMS OF SERVICE

Commission will only be taken upon consideration if it matches my artstyle and personal interest.

I prioritise commission payment made via Local Bank Transfer, Touch n Go eWallet, Ko-Fi or PayPal (for international clients).

All estimated prices provided exclude rights to commercial use.

Publishing and commission commercialization can be addressed, especially in terms of marketing and business objectives.

After receiving 50% of the total cost, commission will be initiated. I will hold off for the remainder of the payment before delivering you the finished product.

Depending on the complexity of the request, the drawing process will take between a week to a month to complete.

I will provide screenshots of the work in progress (WIPs). You have two chances for modifications during the drawing stage and one chance for minor changes in the final stages (such as adding shades, rendering in missing details, and finalising the lineart).

In the final stage, no major revisions that may influence the overall composition of the work are permitted.

Do not claim the exclusive right of the artwork. While the artwork remains the property by the commissioner, I maintain certain rights such as artist credit and having the right to publicise the art in my personal portfolio and on my social media.

I charge a commercial fee of 200% for commercial use.

If you misuse my artworks for the benefit of AI, I will not hesitate to condemn you.
